error message when loading windows xp home addition

i was having problems with windows i tried to reload but
it comes up with an error message reading error in
ipprops.cpl bluetoothauthenticationagent could someone
please help me

Boot to the Safe Mode and re-extract the CPL file from the Windows-CD
with MSCONFIG.EXE. You can start MSCONFIG.EXE via Start > Run.
