Error after re-installing Windows XP home

I had to reinstall Windows XP home edition to solve the
recent virus attacks....when I finished reloading I got
an error: RUNDLL Can not find irprops.cpl

I found irprops.cpl and put it in the correct
directory...now I get the following message:

RUNDLL ERROR: Cannot locate BluetoothAuthenticationAgent

HELP ? Do I need to reload windows again ??

I have the same problem. Did you find the solution? What directory did you put the irprops.cpl file in?
