error message when accessing WebCT classes

K

Keisha

Hi I am hoping someone can help. When I try to access my
WebCT class on www.gpc.edu from my pc I recieve the error
message: The instruction at "0x02292230" referenced memory
at "0x00000be8" The memory could not be "read"

I recieve this message in an IE error box. It appears
after I have entered my username and password. Each time
I try the 0x numbers change slightly, example "0x02d32230"
referenced memory at "0x00000a84".

I feel confidant there is not a username/password
conflict, nor a website issue, as I am not experiencing
this problem when I log in from alternate pc's.

PLEASE HELP, ACCESS IS CRITICAL FOR MY WebCT classes.....

Also, rule out parasites.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
these tools.

Let AD-Aware Scan your system for advertising Spyware

and:

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.

parasite).
