Error Message Upon Startup - Printer Problems...

I am getting the following upon starting my computer. .......
C:\WINDOWS\MICROSOFT.NET\FRAMEWORK\V1.1.4322\MSCORWKS.DLL COULD NOT BE LOADED

Everything seems to be working, i.e., browser, OE Express, games, etc.
However, when I tried to print I received an error message so I uninstalled
my printer and tried to reinstall and I cannot do so... thanks for any
advice... Wes

Reinstall the .NET Framework or remove it from the Control Panel > Add
and remove Programs if you do not need this software.
