Error Message system32\c_1252.nls

I can't use the keyboard to start the setup on windows xp
and I've even tried using the boot disk but when it ask
me to press any key to start setup the keyboard will not
turn on but it will turn on when the computer starts what
can i do.

Open your BIOS and check the settings for your keyboard
and mouse. Enable USB Device Legacy Support in the BIOS.
