.. Error message "server error (page) modified by (unknown)"

Full error message reads "server error guidebook page modified by (unknown)
March 18, 2005 -- The only command option I am given is "ok" - but then
the changes I have made can't be published. My business depends on making
changes almost daily. I have reinstalled 2002 update (repair the system
option) but that doesn't work. I have contacted the server Omnis and their
technician says it is a flaw in Front Page and they have told Microsoft about
this. They can do nothing. They said my FP extensions are working. What can I
do to publish again? Should I bypass the disk-based pages and work directly
with the text on the web server or?
Anyinformation can be of real help.
