Error Message Runtime Library

I was wondering if someone could help me. Whenever I run my computer, this
message pops up repeatedly. It says:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!

Program: C:\PROGRA~1\MESSEN~1\msmsgs.exe
R6205
-pure virtual function call"

And this comes up ALL the time. Any help would be appreciated!

msmsgs.exe is Windows Messenger. Either go to the Control Panel and
uninstall it if you don't want it, or uninstall and re-install if you do.
