error message, please help!

Hello,
I started getting this error message everytime I click on a web link or a
folder "Can't load library from memory". I click ok and the page or folder
then loads fine. But it's annoying as all heck! Does anyone know what this
could be and how to stop it? Thanks.

I had that message "can't load library from memory" last week and
renaming the ipv6monl.dll file (c:\windows\system32\ipv6monl.dll) did
the trick.
