Please help me clear RUNDLL Error message

I ran ewido anti spyware and found infected file ixfivgg.dll which it deleted
for me.
Now when I start up it displays RUNDLL Error loading
C:\WINDOWS\system32\ixfivgg.dll The specified module could not be found.
I am told the file ixfivgg.dll was a virus but the computer wants to load it
and gives an error message. If I enter ok computer works fine.
But PLEASE can anyone help me stop this error message loading.

ixfivgg.dll was not a virus, it was a Trojan.

Run; MSCONFIG.EXE

Go to the Startup tab and then find the line item that loads this DLL file and disable it.

Then reboot your PC.

The software didn't do a very good job of removing the malware; it left
references to it in the registry. You could:

- Use a different software to remove it properly.

- Run regedit, press Home key, press F3, type in ixfivgg.dll, click Find
Next, and delete the reference to the file. Press F3 to continue the
search.

- Run MSCONFIG, remove from the Startup tab as suggested earlier, which
will move the filename to a different folder, say from Run to Run- or a
similar change.
