Error Message-Please Help

When I go onto Microsoft Word I get a black box that says C: Program
Files/MSWorks Program too big to fit in memory. I click it off and than can
use Word. Why am I getting this and how do I eliminate it. I can not find
it on Run or Search. Thank you in advance for a reply.
