I keep getting this error message and don't know how to
fix it?

No one can help you unless you supply more information -
like what version of Outlook, what OS, the entire error
message, what you've tried so far ...

There are some good techs here, but fortune tellers
they're not.
 
0x800CC0F is the error code for being unable to connect to your
server. Check your firewall & AV software isn't blocking you, and that
you don't have a really short connection timeout. More info here:
