Error message - "out of memory or system resources"

I continually receive the above error message. I have upgraded the memory on
the computer and have reinstalled the office package. I don't know what else
to do.
 
I'm having the same problem, but I don't have the PGP encryption program
loaded on my pc. Any other ideas?
