error message "Operation invalid without a current index"

How can you fix this error on a secured Access 97 database. I cannot view
any objects(tables,queries,forms, ect). I do have admin access to DB. I
also get the error msg "isn't an index in this table. Look in the Indexes
collection of the TableDef object to determine the valid names."

You're not going to like this, but the answer is "you can't". Without admin
access, you can't get into the db to correct the problem.
