Help with corrupt database

My database is truly FUBAR. The forms all have data. The reports print.
Everything works....except....when I go to the database window, everything is
blank. No tables, no queries, no forms, nothing. The buttons for New, Open,
and Design are even blank. When I click on the Table tab, i get an error
message that says Operation invalid without a current index. Clicking on the
Query tab results in the following message:

"isn't an index in this table. Look in the Indexes collection of the
TableDef object to determine the vaid index names.

The same error message appears when I click on the Reports and Macro tabs.
The Forms tab give no error message, but again, there are no forms listed.

This database stopped working at another facility. I had them zip and
e-mail to me. It took over 2 hours for the e-mail to save to my flash drive.
Just in case the problem was with the zip, I remoted into their system and
still got the same responses.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

BTW--I am able to open and use other databases on the same computer. I also
moved the file to my laptop and still have the same problem.

From http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruption/symptoms.htm

3019 - "Operation invalid without current index"
3015 - "'databasename.mdb' isn't an index in this table. Look in the
Indexes collection of the TableDef object to determine the valid index
names."
