error message on startup.

I have recently installed Windows XP on my computer and
everything seems ok except for an error message on startup.

"Windows detected a DVD decoder that might be
incompatible with your system. Select one of the following
options:

Upgrade Now
Upgrade Later "

If I click on the link for upgrade now it takes me to a
website where I have to pay for the upgrade? Anyone else
ever had this problem ?

You need to purchase the DVD Decoder pack or a DVD player application [such as WinDVD or other].
