Hi dear friends
Problem started with ie version 6.0 giving messages
"res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/navcancl"

Thinking this is ie 6.0 bug i restored the version from ie
6.0 to 5.0.But no changes.
Then i uninstalled old ie 6.0 and reinstalled again. But
still same.
Thinking this is ie problem i installed Netscape 6.0 but
no effect.
In all these cases i can ping from command prompt to any
ip or hostname bu only problem is when we try to browse.

I need ur help dear friends

Bye
