Error Message in Word

[Professional Flower]

I am working on a Word document which includes a TOC, reviewer comments and
tracked changes. When you opening or closing the document, I get the
following error message "Error [file Connect cpp, Line 710] operation
cancelled".

I cannot find what is causing this error message. HELP!!
