Greetings- When I click on a link from a web page to play a sample for a song
- I see the file apparently being downloaded to my pc, and then I get an
error message that says" Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". This
happens when I try to play the song that has a link for "Windows media
player" or for "Real player", both of which are installed on my pc. The blue
margin at the top of the error message displays "C:\Documents and
Settings....Temporary Internet files..."
I would appreciate any help!! thanks!

I'm having the same problem, this did not work. I can open open
Windows Media fine, it's RealPlayer that will not open on my machine
with this error message. I need to play a .rm file for my class,
otherwise I wouldn't worry about even installing RealPlayer, but I've
had this problem for a long time and uninstalling and reinstalling has
not helped either.
