error message in windows

I have a Dell Inspiron 2500 with windows 2000 pro the
other day we did a disk clean up and defrag, after
rebooting and going to the desktop and clicking on any
Icon that has to do with wiondows, ex recycle bin,
internet explorer or my computer I get the following.
Prepairing install please wait. please wait windows is
configuring Microsoft money 2002. ERROR 1706 no valid
source could be found for product microsoft money 2002.
the windows installer cannot continue
