error message in send and receive

I have two e-mail accounts. when I send and receive. send is fine but on the
receive the default account work but i get the 0X8007000E error. Have closed
as many operating programs as I can but still the same. Suggestions PLEASE,
it is driving me nuts

sorry version is outlook 2002 sp3

an interesting aside is that habits can be made or broken in 21days.
