Error Message in Outlook

I keep getting a business contact manager error message when I try to either
send / receive or get into my business contact manager. I don't even use my
business contact manager that often and this only started happening yesterday
afternoon. Nothing has been done differently on my computer and i haven't
been able to check my e-mail since yesterday morning. I seriously need to get
this resolved a.s.a.p. PLEASE HELP!
