Error Message in BCM

After installing BCM yesterday, some clients are receiving an error message
today when they load Outlook. They receive an error stating: "Exception from
HRESULT: 0x8004010F". To resolve the issue, they exit out of Outlook and
reopen it. What is this error message and will it occur again? In any case,
is there a fix for this? It did not occur prior to BCM being loaded.

Hi Jason

Normally registering the following files should take care of the issue

Go to start > run > regsvr32 VBAJET32.DLL and MSJTES40.DLL

I tried that yesterday and it worked up until about 5 minutes ago. Any
further ideas on this one?

Thanks for the update another option would be a detect and repair of Office
from add/remove programs coz it did help in some cases.Hope this helps

Neither PC with the error message had Office 2003 SP2 so I'm installing that
now. Think that might help?
