A Google search suggested that IAMSERV.EXE is associated with the AtGuard
firewall. But if you do not have this firewall installed I am not sure what
it is used for.
However, it should be noted that this is one of the EXE files that some
viruses try to close.
So I would run your antivirus program - Safe Mode preferred - with System
Restore disabled if you are running XP or ME.
