error message...help!!!

I keep getting this message when i try to send email here....what is going
on???


The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'you got it', Account:
'att.net', Server: 'att.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E


I'm going bizerk trying to figure this out...someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!
