Error message- Help!

Hello, When trying to access my payroll infromation through my employer's web
site (I have done this successfully in the past) I get the whole way in and
then when I click "view payroll information" I get the following error
message:
Error calling/servlet/what?_JAR=IOS.jar_SERVLET=Profile
ERROR:Type Error NUmber:5007 Message:"null"is null or not an object
Description "null"is null or not an object.
SEARequest ( ) common HTTP.js
As far as I know nothing has changed on my computer in the last few months.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated ! I'm a little "computer challenged"
but am somewhat knowledge able.

This is some thing you should take up with your IT support personnel or your
pay office.

Hi KayGee.

Sounds like your company's Payroll program is Java based via your Browser.
Perhaps calling the payroll dept, and explaining the error you're receiveing
would be the next logical step. Someone there -has to be delegated to keep
the site error free and working. =o)

OK I will do that but I CAN access this from other computers, just not my

See what your support people or the payroll office have to say first but you
may need to reinstall Java (http://www.java.com)

I reinstalled Java and it worked !
