Any one heard of the error with the modname hpzm309.dl

Everytime I try to open either word (from office XP) or origin, or try print off of internet explorer I get this error and the program either can not open or has to close

I have had this problem for weeks and have tried everything to fix it (re-starting the computer, re-installing the program, reinstalling windows etc) and somethings work for a week then the problem comes back

I think that is a problem with your printer...do you have an Hewlett Packard? Hence the hp in hpzm309.dll

I do have a hp printer

And the problem returned after i re-added the printer to the computer (I had to re-add it after I tried re-installing windows

Are you using the factory drivers from your installation disk or from the HP website or are you letting windows install the drivers? If you originally let windows automatically install the printer then I would uninstall it and reinstall it using HP's drivers (advanced installation) and see if you get the error.

then you might get a response / solution at hp site

Liz;
You have a program on your printer cd that is probably in a utility folder
there.
It is a driver uninstall program. You will have to run it and remove the
current printer drivers, then uninstall all the HP Printer programs. Then
unplug the USB cable from the printer and then Reinstall from the HP CD.
That should fix the file problem.

Hello
You can't just "re-add" the printer. It has to be uninstalled and the
drivers all manually taken out. Then The reinstall can proceed.
RTFM !!

please I need it urgent
