Error message every time I try to close IE

My IE pops an error message every time I try to close IE.
Message: IE has encountered a problem and needs to
close... and so on. In the details of the error message,
the "ModName" in "Unknown", so I have no idea wjat is
causing this. Has anyone had the same problem? I´m Usin IE
6.0.2800.1106, and Windows 2000.
 
Remove all the parasites on your computer.
Delete all the spywares and bad BHOs from your system.
