Pretty much the first thing I do when faced with an error message I'm
not familiar with is to just enter the filename in question into google.
Generally, from the info you get there one can fix or at least get
enough info to fix, the problem.

So, have you googled yet?

Hi,

Sounds like it doesn't like your keyboard driver. Have you tried
reinstalling or updating it yet? If you recently updated it, perhaps you
should use the rollback feature and use the previous version. This can be
done from the properties of the keyboard in Device Manager. Alternately, you
could switch to a standard 101/102 keyboard driver, but you would lose any
mutlimedia function buttons.
