Error message at start up

I get a message when I start my computer that says Rigistered JIT debugger is
not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following
command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2) Please check computer settings.
cordbq.exe !a 0x204 Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a
debugger manually. Click on Cance3l to abort the JIT debug request. I want
to get rid of this. I don't know what it is or why I get this message.

Best way I found to fix this is to shut down the Dell support *assuming
you're using a Dell* in your start up. I done this and it has not returned
since.

you can find your problem here run regedit and goto
Registry: HKLM:RUN DwlClient C:\program Files\Common Files\Dell\EUSW
\Support.exe you can also download and run startup.cpl (google for it)and
remove it with that.

or install/reinstall the .NET 2.0 Framework

I don't have Dell. I have a Sony laptop with windows xp.
