error message at start up

I get a micorsoft error message, with a Quicken logo it
says:
"Agent module has encountered a problem and needs to
close"\modver. 5.1.2600.1217 offset0000b2ab
need help to eliminate this error message.

Sound like a Quicken problem, presumably you have a Quicken app, or perhaps
did?
