Error message appearing whenever explorer is started up.

A few months ago, my copy of IE 6 began developing a strange
problem...everytime I would open an Explorer window, the following
error message would pop up:

Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an
attempt to defeat the security system on this program.
Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program
again. If your clock is correct, please contact the
author of this program for instructions on correcting this error
(report code 0,58598,1923)

Eventually, I just downgraded to IE 5 and everything was fine. Now
this error has reared its ugly head again, and I am completely stumped
as what to do.

Thanks in advance.

Stop Messenger SPAM
The developer of the messenger spam software indicates on their web site
that "these messages are completely anonymous and virtually untraceable.
With this program your IP address never shows up anywhere."

Thanks for the advice Leboeuf, but I just fixed the problem. It WAS a
third party application, one called Flash Capture. You see, it was
installed as a part of IE, so that's why I was getting the message
whenever IE started up...I uninstall Flash Capture, BANG! Everything
works fine. :D

Really though, I've gotta give props to george
(e-mail address removed)). Two months ago he was having the
same problem and discovered it was Flash Capture. However, many
programs can cause this problem. So if there's anybody else out
looking for a solution to this error, look at the programs you've
installed to "intergrate" with IE.
