I downloaded AVG 8.0 3 days ago, since then when trying to go on any games i have downloaded, this message appears:-

Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code CCB-F).

The system clock has been checked & is fine, can anyone help please?
Everything else is working ok.
Thanks

Hi,

Have you got a loty of freeware on your computer?

The most common cause i could find for this was that a trial version of some software has run and you might have set the clock back to prolong it, either that or the CMOS battery could be on its last legs.
