Error Message all the time

Every time I open a website I get that error
message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to shut down. Do you want to send a report to
MicroSoft?" or something like that and buttons to "Send"
or "Don't Send" an error report. If I reboot it will be
okay for a little while and then it starts doing that
again. What's the deal?

Hi, the next the error appears, click on View Details below. Than click on
view Technical Details.
Copy and paste the error msg and reply to this post. Thanks.

Reinstall Internet Explorer. Click start/run and copy/paste in this line,
then click "ok":

rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132
%windir%\Inf\ie.inf
