Hi,

I used to have a program called Shoreline Call Manager on my laptop which I
uninstalled using the add/delete programs in Control panel. This is a
program that works in conjunction with outlook. Now, whenever I open outlook
I get an error which states "The add in C:\Program Files\Shoreline
Communications\ ShorewareClients\S...could not be installed or loaded. This
problem may be resolved by using the detect and repair feature." I have run
this detect and repair in outlook but still get the error. The program works
fine but I just want to get rid of the error messages. Is there a way to do
this say in the windows registry?

Thanks,

Chuck

Chuck, you may have a entry in your startup apps folder. Go to Start>Run
Type: msconfig click Ok. Select Startup
and in the rt pane look for a Shoreline entry. If there Uncheck. Also,
make sure that the Shoreline Folder in C:\Program Files is deleted.
