error message after signing on

Every time I sign on I get an error message
Common Language Runtile Application has generated an exception that could not be handled
Click ok to terminated the applicatio
Click cancel to debug application
When I click ok I get another error messag
Registered JIT is not availabl
An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in a error code of 0x2 (2
Please check computer setting
cordbg.exe !a 0x40

This error message appears each time I log on to the computer. The error codes may change but message is the same.

This error message appears each time I log on to the computer. The error codes may change but message is the same.
