error message 8004060C

Ultra03

Unable to access Microsoft Outlook. Receive the following message when I try
to access: "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the
problem persists, restart outlook." Tried rebooting computer several times to
no avail. Can anyone help please?
 
What version of Outlook and what type of mail account (Exchange, POP3, other)?
