Error message 38427

Every time I boot up my computer an error message appears
on the screen after loading is finished.
Error 38427 a valid dll file was not found, windows is now
deleting file.
I click on OK and message disappears until the next boot
up.
What is the error 39427 and which dll file is the problem?
There doesn't seem to be any thing else wrong, just that
the error message keeps poping up after boot up.

I can't seem to find anything regarding this error
message. It is possible that the error is coming from a
3rd party and just looks like a windows error message.
You might want to try a message board at
