error message 0x800CCC90&92

I am trying to set up windows mail (vista home premuim) with my yahoo.com
account and keep on getting the error messages above
I have tried to see exactly what the messages mean but am not having much luck
Anyone who has more knowledge and can help please let me know

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail does not handle Yahoo webmail.
There are two possible solutions:

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail via your browser, you can continue to use that.

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
