error message 0x80070483 starting scheduled task

Receive:
"Unable to start task.
The specific error is:
0x80070483: No application is associated with the
specified file for this operation.
Try using the Task page Browse button to locate
the application."

....even though an association is present (pcanywhere
remote control session with an auto transfer). Have copied
and modified other tasks from a WIN98 system and built
same from "Add scheduled task" successfully but cannot get
an auto transfer to initiate. Any similar experiences
appreciated.
