error mesages

I had to recover some of my comp. stuff. After doing so I get an error message on some email. that the "VECTOR GRAPHICS RENDERING "(VML) . PLEASE DOWNLOAD AGAIN . Abox comes up to download and bothing happen when s I click on the download box. Any one know how to fix this? thanks Jim

Make a note of the precise text of any error message. You can always look at these in Event Viewer. Start, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information regarding Event ID: and Source Description are important.
