error massage:0x00D1199 cannot play file

i cant play any multi media files from the internet i get
error:0x00D1199 cannot play file, i used to be able to
play them and now i cant.

Cannot find any mention of this error anywhere.
Have you changed anything on the pc since it worked properly? Can you use
system restore to go back?
Have you added any a-virus/firewall or changed any of the settings?
