error MAPI

trying to install outlook 2003 stand alone and office pro 2003

i keep getting the error message MAPI 32 Dll is corrupt or the wrong version

I have tried updaitng from the web, uninstalled severa times even upgraded
from office standard 2007 still no luck

Rename that DLL to .OLD and start Outlook again.
