MAPI error in opening Outlook

Hello,
could someone help me?
I´m using normally "Windows live Mail" als standard. Now I installed
Office 2003 but when I try to open the Outlook 2003 I got the error message:
"Unable to open your defoult e-mail folders.An unespected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dlll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

This problem has never occurred to me before, could somone help meß

Start a new set up
When your setting up the MAPI account go into more settings... under
the advance tab change the default e-mail folder to a unique name
insted of Outlook.ost
