MAPI error in opening Outlook 2003

Hello,
could someone help me?
I´m using normally "Windows live Mail" als standard. Now I installed
Office 2003 but when I try to open the Outlook 2003 I got the error message:
"Unable to open your defoult e-mail folders.An unespected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service msncon.dlll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

This problem has never occurred to me before, could somone help meß

Sounds like you had the Outlook Connector installed and have configured
Outlook with a Hotmail account as the default. You now have either
uninstalled the Outlook Connector or there is something wrong with it.

Depending on which mail account type you wish to check with Outlook, either
reinstall the Outlook Connector and/or recreate your mail profile.
