WHEN I TRY TO GO TO THE INTERNET USING EXPLORER A GET A
ERROR MESSAGE (IEXPLORE.EXE) AND WILL NOT LET ME ON THE
INTERNET AT ALL HELP
ALSO WHEN SITTING AT THE DESKTOP I GET A (MINMGNT.EXE)
ERROR LOG ALL THE TIME ALSO HELP

stop SHOUTING Stan ... using CAPS is regarded as shouting and ill
mannered.

You'll need to much more specific about what problems you have,
what OS you have, what service pack level, IE version etc etc

Do you have a good antivirus package installed (with updated
signatures) as there are lots of viruses that disrupt internet
connectivity
