Error Log?

I have upgraded to Vista Bussines from XP, it runs slow so I checked Event
Viewer for Errors -120 of them including critical. Whan I clicked on the
link to solve the problems I get to an empty page. How do I solve these
problems? I am overcome by frustration. And I'm still trying to burn a data
CD or DVD! I'm not getting the real work done. Please send me a link or a
hot fix. Thanks.

Have they been fully updated to Vista compatible versions?
