error loading web page

hi i need some help i am trying to load a certain web page which i used to
play all the time. when i load the webpage it starts to load and then the
screen in which the web page is displayed goes white and says done in the
bottom corner i cannot
then view the web page. i have set all internet options to default. i work
on xp home
please somebody give me advice

Rich,

try first to close Internet Explorer and reopen it, then try
again.

If that's not enough, delete the temporary Internet files
(Tools, Internet options) and try again.
