Error loading operating system

Hi all,

I rebooted my windows 2000 server and recieved the
following Error " Error Loading Operating System"

I have no idea how this cam about as it has been running
without error months now. I have lot of important
information on the server that i absoloutly cannot loose.
Please can someone let me know how to recover from this.
