Anyone ever get a RUNDLL error like the following:

Error loading c:\windows\system32\nvmctray.dll The
specified module could not be found ?

Any idea what it means and what to do about it?

If you have a notebook computer, visit the website of the manufacturer
of your notebook computer and download/install the latest Windows XP
drivers for your NVIDIA video adapter.

If you have a desktop computer, visit http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
and download/install the latest Windows XP "certified drivers" for your
NVIDIA video card.

P.S. Make sure to uninstall the old NVIDIA drivers or software first.
