error launching browser in outlook express 2007

In the the outlookexpress from my inbox mails when opening the links given
inthat mails the error message"ERROR LAUNCHING BROWSER" is coing.what is the
problem

There is no Outlook Express 2007. You are either useing Outlook Express or
Microsoft Outlook 2007. Use Help-> About to determine the application you
are using.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
